What

Currently, when the user gets to Select a utility step, the output looks like this:

 » Utility Name | Entity Type | Sales (MWh) | Revenue ($) | Customers
   Central Hudson Gas & Elec Corp | Investor Owned | 2,167,787 | 787,803,968 | 270,859
   Consolidated Edison Co-NY Inc | Investor Owned | 13,643,968 | 10,723,692,544 | 3,064,038
   FirstEnergy Pennsylvania Electric Co | Investor Owned | 30,556 | 8,235,400 | 3,400

The » is set to the column name row, and there's no visual differentiation between that row and subsequent rows.

If possible, we should make the output look like this:

Utility Name | Entity Type | Sales (MWh) | Revenue ($) | Customers
   ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 » Central Hudson Gas & Elec Corp | Investor Owned | 2,167,787 | 787,803,968 | 270,859
   Consolidated Edison Co-NY Inc | Investor Owned | 13,643,968 | 10,723,692,544 | 3,064,038
   FirstEnergy Pennsylvania Electric Co | Investor Owned | 30,556 | 8,235,400 | 3,400

Why

  • So the user doesn't select the column name row
  • So the user doesn't get confused about what's going on
