Remove "with network" variants and hcloud-ccm #1666

We do not support "with network" variants and hcloud-ccm.
We should remove the related code, and yaml files.
The hcloud-ccm chart of our helm chart repo was not updated for 3 years!
These variants create a lot of "noise" and make it harder to understand the existing code and yaml files.
