Not showing up On Package Control: Install Package

Like title says, it is not showing up when searched for on Package Control. Mac with everything up to date. Running ST3.

Work around:

1. Cmd+Shift+P
2. "Package Control: Advanced Package Install"
3. "Ruby on Rails snippets"
4. Hit enter and it will install.
