Top shadow not works in current tailwind version and missing clip-path utilities

Hey Tailwindcss Team,
I've notice couple of things that could be improved in next tailwind version...

1. when someone use shadow property in tailwind, bottom-left-right sides only get that shadow but on the top side doesnt appear shadow..

2.theres no built in support for css clip path utilities..so we cant apply diff shapes with tailwind classes...
