The "Conformance requirements" section in W3C HTML

The Conformance requirements section in W3C HTML has four subsections:

1. Conformance classes
2. Dependencies
3. Extensibility
4. Interactions with XPath and XSLT

WHATWG HTML Standard also has these four subsections, but under the Terminology section. Currently there is no side-by-side diff view for them.
