Hard to identify which is the current change in project_diff_preview

I know that if I don't use scrolloff (have it set to 0), then the current diff is the one at the top of the screen, but since I have it set to a value > 0, there's no landmarks or visual marker to tell me which is the currently selected change. (in a normal buffer there's the cursor location, so that would never be an issue there)

In the screenshot above I have selected change 2/3, on line 18.
