Temporarily disable diagnostics for diff buffers and while in the conflict resolution view.

When resolving conflicts, the git markers get highlighted by the diagnostics, it would be nice to have a configuration option to automatically disable diagnostics, and maybe toggle them back on when all markers are gone or when the file is saved.
