Entering space cancels line of entered text under Mobile Firefox

(This problem does not exist under Mobile Chrome)

When entering text for an interactive query, typing space cancels the entire line of text typed so far.

This used to work some time ago.

We haven't been able to recreate this bug. Could you provide more detailed instructions to recreate it?

Currently on FF 68.1.1

I go to the Tau HP and scroll down to the little Tau for entering a query.

There I enter X with the X appearing

then I enter SPACE and the X disappears.

We've checked this bug and it appears to be a bug of codemirror, the text editor that the web and the sandbox use. We've opened an issue in their repository to let them know about said bug.
