Feature request: Single instance

I think it will be better if only one instance was allowed for this app. I know libcosmic have this feature for linux, but i would be surprise if it works on Windows too https://github.com/pop-os/libcosmic/blob/9ccade723a3f5d4438b16d5ad5ace927b903e794/Cargo.toml#L55
