[Bug]: Application returns 404 error on startup

What is the current behavior?

The application returns a 404 error on startup when run on docker, the two container instances spawn up correctly without issues but when the url is accessed via a browser it throws a 404 error attaching screenshots for reference below

What is the expected behavior?

when the url is loaded in the browser the actual ui should be displayed

Steps To Reproduce

build the application using docker-compose
run it using up
access the url in the browser
