Installation crashes Claude Web + iOS + Android #1
Description
Since installation of action, immediately, claude web reported server errors. no further details.
At that point, all features or connectors, default and custom disappeared.
Claude will now not run.
It seems there is some sort of conflict with claude.ai/api mechanism when action is installed but not yet configured in repositories with api key. Adding key enables action functionality but disables custom (!) connectors and re-enables default installed Anthropic connectors.
