The run command should provide progress feedback while indexing a package

Indexing a package like symfony/symfony takes ages, with very little feedback about what happens (and no feedback about the fact that it is actually doing something right now).
The command should have a way to report progress so that the guy running the command knows what happens (and can try to guess how much remaining time is necessary)
