ValueError: Index contains duplicate entries, cannot reshape #4
Description
after put command: df_gdp.pivot(index="year", columns="country", values="gdppc") i got error from title. Can you help me to fix that? i must use encoding= latin-1 on pd.read_csv command in this example otherwise it not working
