Fix Vale by upgrading to latest version supporting MDX (#69)

* Change all occurences of load() to query()

* Upgrade vale to version that supports mdx

* Remove write-good style

* Add write-good vale style to gitignore

* Move vale config to .github subdirectory

* Run vale manually

* Install precompiled vale

* Make field names as code
