Is the Photoshop plugin working correctly if you compress an image manually in Photoshop via File > Export > TinyPNG and TinyJPG?

Can you guys please check the following things?

1. Do you have a valid Tinify Photoshop plugin license?
2. Did the installation of the Photoshop plugin succeed?
3. Do you see an option "TinyPNG and TinyJPG" in the menu under File > Export?
4. Is the Photoshop plugin working correctly if you compress an image manually in Photoshop via File > Export > TinyPNG and TinyJPG?
5. Are you sure that you're using the latest version of the Tinify Photoshop plugin?
