Archive page should display emails from Campaign Monitor archive #1
Description
The archive page needs to be refactored to use the bit of JS generated by Campaign Monitor.

Moving the archive .md files out of site.posts will make things much less messy when I go to build a blog for the site. This will also require much less active site maintenance. Instead of building the posts in markdown, they'll populate automatically.
Might need to explore hosting Five Good Things on Heroku instead of Github if it needs to automatically rebuild.
