Fix security issues

There are again a number of security issues. We should fix those. I've no idea how.

As of today the npm ci generates the output

added 1821 packages, and audited 1825 packages in 18s

365 packages are looking for funding
  run `npm fund` for details

2 moderate severity vulnerabilities

To address all issues (including breaking changes), run:
  npm audit fix --force

Run `npm audit` for details.

It contains 2 moderate vulnerabilities. It might be that in the past you saw a high number of critical vulnerabilities but that is not the case anymore.

Closing this issue. Verifying vulnerabilities is a constant activity. In 1 month we can have more vulnerabilities and we will need to fix them accordingly.
