Description
Actually, my main motivation of this repository is to have an easy-to-use (as a one-header-file library or via a modern CMake setup) pseudo-random number generator that can be safely used in O(10^4) or more parallel jobs, following the C++ standard library convention. As a one-header-file library, we don't like to link to NTL as the original code.
