Push token in contact header

Hi
I understand the when the push token is sent in the Contact header in REGISTER request, it is stored in the location database . Later reg_fetch_contacts can fetch the push token from the appropriate contact header to send the push notification.

My problem is, Uses Registration is deleted from the location database when expires (EXPIRY header : 3600 sec). So obviously the push tokens and other relevant information is lost.

How to wake up the device now?
