Eyedropper missing in Firefox and Safari

The Chrome eyedropper tool does not appear on Firefox or Safari. It works as expected in Chrome. See screenshots from Safari and Firefox.

@AlyssaKirstine The EyeDropper API is not supported in Firefox and Safari, so unfortunately this issue cannot be resolved on those browsers.
