Rename functions to be concise with Unfold.jl

@behinger we could rename several functions to be in line with Unfold.jl:

`bids_effects` → `effects`
`bids_coeftable` → `coeftable`
`run_unfold` → `fit`

And potentially others. Some of these (like effects) might be type-piracy.
