move away from iai for benchmarks

iai is unmaintained. iai-callgrind seems too hard to use (bloated API, requires installing additional CLI tools in PATH). divan does not have bencher.dev support. I guess criterion it is?

although I would like to continue using valgrind, the results are very stable.
