Fingerprint LIst devices failed

i have done all the necessary steps but at last step where i am runnign the commmand , fprintd-enroll , it give the error list_devices:failed

My Laptop: HP EliteBook 850 G1

My Fingerprint Reader ID: 138a:003f

What I Did: I installed python3-validity from the ppa:uunicorn/open-fprintd PPA.

The Problem: The open-fprintd.service is running correctly, but when I run fprintd-enroll, I get the error list_devices failed:.

i ahve added the data ,
