After accepting salt keys in uyuni UI added hosts are conflicting with other hosts

I have deployed uyuni and created bootstrap script and executed on the client machines.I have accepted salt keys in uyuni UI after that when i navigate to systems the hostnames are conflicting with other hosts and the accepted keys are disappearing under salt Tab.

1. I have cross checked minion_id, hostname are different for all machines

Please help me here , is this the bug ?

Check the machine id.
Have also a look if you got a notification.
In case there might be a duplicate system, check the event history.
And finally, have a look at the logfiles of the server.
