[grid] Expanding/collapsing rows on Safari leads to extra announcements #10186
Description
What is the problem?
When expanding/collapsing a row, it announces the changed state correctly. However, it keeps announcing the expanded state of unrelated rows. This is the case for both cell focus mode and row focus mode. This is not reproducible on Chrome, and is not a regression caused by #10156.
