Context

This error is reported randomly, in fairly small numbers compared to the number of requests on the application. Difficult to be able to give a more precise context, but perhaps an idea for correction/improvement can still be considered?

This seems related to quarkusio/quarkus#36853, but unfortunately adds no detail that could help diagnose the problem. This is everything I was able to deduce from the error message.
