Unable to install the extension

I'm using Windows 10.
I haven't been able to use the extension for about 3 weeks. I decided to uninstall, but when trying to reinstall, problems are also occurring.
I've already tried to install 2.1.0, 2.0.14, 2.0.11 and 2.0.10 versions.
My Salesforce CLI is updated (version 2.74.6)

Message Error in Developer Tools:

ERR Unable to write file
c:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Roaming\Code\CachedExtensionVSIXs.489c9b59-516c-4890-8309-b8a42498a3b8' (Error: net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH): DownloadFailedWriting: Unable to write file

I searched this file and it does not exist.
