[Feature Request] "Select All" for Metadata components to select only filtered values

This extension is excellent, and much appreciated!

I'd like to suggest an update that once a Metadata Type has been selected and the component list opens to the right, that when entering a filter and seeing the filtered results, have "Select All" on the component list only select the filtered list, rather than all components.

The behavior could also be the same for Metadata Types filters, but the component list would be particularly helpful when deploying large numbers of components (i.e. custom fields filtered on the object).
