[Feat] Add new property allows user enable/disable cross when dragging of component AdvancedMarker

Target Use Case

I’m facing an issue where I cannot remove the X icon on the AdvancedMarker, which appears when dragging or even hovering (please see the attached image).

According to the Google Maps Platform documentation (https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/reference/marker#MarkerOptions.crossOnDrag), the crossOnDrag property should disable the cross that appears beneath the marker when dragging. However, it seems this option is not directly supported for AdvancedMarker or documented in the @vis.gl/react-google-maps library as well as Google Maps Platform documentation AdvancedMarker (https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/reference/advanced-markers) .
