VCC broken after transition to Broadcom #14

Describe the bug
The base_url used no longer functions and account structures are completely different. Additionally it seems Broadcom accounts may have MFA requirements now that weren't there before.
Reproduction steps
Try and use vcc
Expected behavior
It to work again
Additional context
I realize this isn't actually this repo's fault, but I wanted to raise an issue here as well to associate with a new release.
