ETH bridge not detected

Hello,

Bridge from BASE for example to ETH network (for all ETH and ETH tokens) is not beeing detected. Wallet amounts are updated but it does not trigger callback and it is not added in transactions list.

Also sending ETH from coinbase netwrok to ETH network is not detected.

To investigate further, we need a bit more context about how exactly you tried to perform the transfer:

Which bridge did you use?

How did you connect it with SHKeeper?

Could you provide one or two example transaction hashes where the wallet balance was updated but the transaction was not added to the list / no callback was triggered?

Please also share SHKeeper logs for the period when these transfers were made — this will help us see what was detected on SHKeeper side.

Well first case is when user generate a ETH address and sends the crypto from his coinbase account on BASE network (wrong network). So I can bridge the ETH from metamask for example with the private key. And here the transaction is not detected from the system.
Second case is also connected with coinbase when the user sends the crypto from his account on the currect network (ETH network) but somehow etherscan is detecting the transfer in internal transactions, also not detected from the system.
