When update to v4, the theme cannot modify as expected. #8196

- I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.
What problem does this feature solve?
when i used v3, i can follow this link to do it.(https://3x.antdv.com/docs/vue/customize-theme)
but now v4, it cannot effort some help to me.(https://next.antdv.com/docs/vue/customize-theme-cn)
What does the proposed API look like?
it seems like antd@5, we can modify theme as simple.(https://ant.design/docs/react/customize-theme-cn)
