As discussed on #16, we should only remove the captcha field from `cleaned_data`, not `fields` (see [code](https://github.com/springload/wagtail-django-recaptcha/blob/7b8c73ec2f16ad224131c500353378a2d3fc95d4/wagtailcaptcha/forms.py#L24-L26)).
