Audio field is appearing in duplicate in Works records (HIGH PRIORITY)

Something is still very off here.

At https://wavefarm.org/ta/works/f1z1wk there are 37 related audio files appearing.
However, in admin, at https://wavefarm.org/admin/f1z1wk there are 16,832! (I’m not kidding… I just copied and pasted the list over to excel to show a count. The 37 are repeated over and over again.)

@gsf Okay so in an effort to make progress I've attacked this from the audio archive file point of view in admin. I've made headway, but there are three remaining files showing up (over and over again) at https://wavefarm.org/admin/f1z1wk. However is seems that none of these three files actually exist, or rather I'm unable to get to them in admin.

I decided to delete the work in question here and create a new one, because it was just creating too much of an obstacle for some important communication that needed to take place with the related artists. This issue is still alive and well, but some of the reference urls above will no longer exist.
