Display public/private in the result list #99
Description
Whether or not something is public would be a nice point of data to add to results. Not sure at this point how best to do that.
Makes sense to only display an icon or text for private since the vast majority of items are public. On the other hand, it won't make sense to display private for users or logs where a "public" field just doesn't exist.
