cbar in pp_matrix function has wrong color range

in function pp_matrix, when using the argument cbar with value True, it would be better if the color range of the bar was only based on the values of the confusion matrix (i.e. excluding the sum row and column)

It's possible.
But, please, pay attention, if I do this, It will lost the scale representation in the sum row and column.
See the example below.

The max value is 16.
The total cells with values 17, 21 and 29 have grater values but the color will be the same of the cell with the max value (16).
