shortcut for 'Toggle Line Comment' works wrong.

1. open any *.js file (not html file)
2. select multi-lines
3. press shortcut for 'Toggle Line Comment' (Ctrl + / in my setting)

result occurred: selected lines are wrapped with HTML block comment( )
result I want to: appending on the left side with double slash(//)
