[feature request] send window to another monitor (with keyboard shortcut)

Hi, Window Maker has great multi monitor support with no issues. The only thing missing is a keyboard shortcut to send window to another monitor, something like Alt+Shift+Right.

I believe that feature is already in there with the keyboard shortcuts labeled in WPrefs as "Move to right/bottom/left/top head" and "Move to left/top/right/bottom head"
