Hi @musabbari, we made some improvements to custom field support in ECEs in our recent releases. Could you please upgrade from your current version (9.6.0) to the latest version and check if it resolves your issue?

I will close this ticket for now, but feel free to reopen it if you continue to experience issues with custom fields in the latest version. If you do reopen the ticket, please let us know if the custom fields are added via another plugin. If so, share the plugin name. If they are implemented through a custom code snippet, can you please share the snippet with us.

I have updated the plugin (9.8.1) and issue is presistant. It has been so for over a year.
I use the plugin WooCommerce Conditional Product Fields at Checkout By [vanquish] on code Canyon and the required fields do not stop the ECE process. Also, when there is any item already entered in those fields, it is not saved with the order.

I am using Classic Checkout. Attached is the screen recording of where the required fields are bypassed by ECE and not by the regular checkout. In addition, even if info was placed in the custom fields, they are not saved with the order, and we need reach out to the customers to get that information.
