iontof does not install on python 3.13

Presumably this issue will fix itself in time.

python 3.13 works if you are not using pySPM dependency (i.e. regular install).
A dependency of pySPM is skimage, which supports python < 3.13 at this time.

If you need iontof, use python < 3.13 in the meantime.
