Make Tag String Visible to user & with bulk editing Options in Gallery

an easier way to transfer tags between images in the gallery and out of the gallery; say copy paste a tag string from one image in or out of the gallery,
and apply it to any image or set of images selected within the gallery

expose the tag string per image for the user & the same thing with applying it to any image or set of images in bulk
