If they will drop windows-2022, that is what is going to happen with one and only windows-2025.
Dunno maybe we can deploy some linux docker that cross-compiles to some older version of MSVC / Windows SDK.

Maybe FreeBSD docker exists and we could preinstall CMake and another dependencies over there... so we could speedup FreeBSD build-time.
