Config fields have a fixed width and don't render properly on high dpi

Hello! I have a slight bug with the display of some text fields with Dalamud UI/font scaled up to 200% (since I'm on a 4k display). There's several text boxes that don't scale with this setting which makes it really difficult to see and edit the numbers in those fields. It's not a huge deal but figured I would throw it out here. Thank you for all your hard work on this plugin! (I also attached a picture of what it looks like at 100% scale where you can actually see the number for reference, just in case)
