get data from Changelog

Hi.
Is it posible to get data from Changelog?
I need take a username who add data to IP-address

there was no api to query changelog, and the ip address object (api query result) has no reference to changelog too, but if the data was stored in database ,you can do some hacks to query database. 获取 Outlook for Android<https://aka.ms/ghei36>
