Atom crashes with Vue.js project due to atom-ctags

Hi, current version of Atom + atom-ctags seem to crash when loading a Vue.js project. Maybe there's too much files in node_modules folder (874 subfolders, 120+ MB)?

Please, refer to this issue I contributed to: atom/atom#20682

When disabling atom-ctags, the Vue.js project loads fine.
