Presenting challenge doesn't error if pdn API returns 500 #67
Description
I've just setup this webhook for usage with https://beta.servfail.network. They actually don't use PowerDNS directly and instead have their own PowerDNS-compatible API proxy.
I forgot to set the serverID field and it took a bit of playing around to find out where the issue was lying as the cert-manager-webhook-pdns container didn't contain any additional logs other than repeatedly "Presenting challenge".
This could as well be an issue with their API proxy, but ideally the logs should print any unexpected status codes.
