Actionable Notifications Subflow Button Placeholders

First off, what a super convenient way to create actionable notifications. Great work!

I'm wondering if it would be possible to only show the placeholders for actions that are in use. Rather than showing all three action placeholders when only 1 or 2 actions are in use.
