Prioritize switching to pinned tabs in command palette

At the top, I have YouTube. I also have it pinned. Why can't I switch to pinned tab, but can clearly see all YouTube tabs open on another device?

If a tab is not pinned, I can switch to it, although tabs from other devices are still (weirdly) a priority.

Pinned tabs are currently treated differently in Zen's tab switching features. There's user feedback that pinned tabs are often excluded from normal tab cycling and switching, and some users expect them to be separate from regular browsing tabs (discussion). Others have requested that pinned tabs be prioritized or at least made more accessible in the switch-to-tab suggestions, since right now they often appear lower in the list or are harder to reach (discussion). There isn't any direct documentation or explanation for why pinned tabs can't be switched to from the command palette, but it seems to be a result of current design choices around how pinned tabs are handled. There's definitely user demand for better handling and prioritization of pinned tabs in these features.
