Improve space reordering UX

Problem

I'm a heavy user of the spaces functionality and absolutely love how it helps organise my browsing workflow. However, reordering spaces has become increasingly frustrating as my usage has grown to 10+ spaces.

The current drag-and-drop on tiny icons at the bottom has major issues:

• Icons are too small, clicks don't register ~50% of the time
• Can't tell which space is which without hovering
• Finding the right drop position takes multiple attempts
• The cursor is not indicating that you're dragging anything

Proposed solution

Implement a dedicated reordering popup:

• Vertical list showing actual space names
• Larger drag targets that are easy to grab
• Clear drop zones so you know where you're placing things

How to access:

• Right-click on space bar → "Reorder Spaces"
• Or keyboard shortcut

Why this matters

The current system doesn't scale. With many spaces, reordering becomes almost unusable. A dedicated interface would fix this while keeping the compact bottom bar for quick access.

I believe this functionality existed before but was removed. Can we bring it back or implement something similar?
