Open in glance - context menu

Problem: Alt + click on link is not always convenient shortcut.
Sometimes keyboard is not available or easily accessible, and at that time glance cannot be used.

Solution: add glance to context menu on link

Workaround: when shortcut is not available, closest alternative to glance in context menu is opening in new window because it opens above current window/tab. Unlike new tab which opens in background
